You're not seeing double if you think you see two Smookie elves - one with short hair and glasses and the other with long hair (a wig) and no glasses. I was experimenting with different photos and couldn't figure out how to delete one.

What am I doing wrong? I waited a good two minutes, and the solid baby blue screen never changed into anything else. Waaah! I wanna see!!!
I've had that same experience where sometimes it takes minutes and other times just a few seconds. I wonder if it has to do with how many people are accessing the site?
Keep trying. It's really cute, and you'll want to create your own dancing Duck elves.
