Hospital Novelty Factor

How long does it take for the novelty to wear off?

- Pushing the up and down buttons on the bed while whipping my head and singing "She's a Maniac" ala 1980's Flash Dance: Five Minutes

- Ordering room service: 36 hours

- Feeling well cared for and nurtured by the exceptional CofH staff: Never

I'M GOING HOME TODAY!

Hey, this weeks Newsweek has an article by Jonathan Alter re his bout of MCL in 2004. I'm just going to read it today, so I don't know if there is anything helpful, but you may want to check it out!

I read multiple posts at a time, so fogive the straying nature of my comment. First: Hooray. I hope you are feeling ok and I'm glad everything that you've had a bit of good news over the last few days. Second: Who knew you were such a foody?
