This morning I met with a
dietitian at the City of Hope to talk about gaining weight. She revealed to me the secret to packing on pounds, which I've summarized below:
- Eat more.
- Eat high calorie foods.
Can you taste the sarcasm? Too bad it doesn't have calories.
(Actually, I'm making progress. I've gained 2.5 pounds in the last four weeks.)
ONE YEAR AGO TODAY:
A surprise visit from Dr. Michael Friedman, CEO of CoH.
