Almost good for you

Wanna' know one of the healthiest ways to raise your cholesterol? Try a bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato sandwich (BLAT).

The tomato, avocado and romaine lettuce are rich in vitamins and minerals, as is the 7-grain bread I use.

I try to watch everything I eat but honestly once in awhile there is NOTHING like a BLT. I also love avocados but I tend to enjoy that most in a dip with tortilla chips. YUMMM.

That's EXACTLY what I need on my rides to Lawrence, KS (over 40 miles one way). In fact, two of 'em. And some delicious chocolate milk. Yummmmm --- God bless you.
